赞比亚出口和种植协会2007年1月4日称，2006年赞比亚的鲜花和蔬菜出口额超过5000万美元，比2005年增长了10%。该协会负责人姆贝维介绍说，2006年赞比亚鲜花出口额基本与上一年持平，蔬菜出口额则增长了15%左右。赞比亚的鲜花和蔬菜主要出口欧盟、南非和澳大利亚市场。
