了解我国2005-2007年食源性疾病监测网分离的大肠埃希菌O157分离株中tccP1基因的分布情况及特点。方法 对89株食源性大肠埃希菌O157分离株运用PCR方法进行检测。结果 tccP1基因的阳性率为55.1%。结论tccP1基因广泛存在于O157:H7大肠埃希菌中,在O157:非H7中检出率很低。其分布与eaeA基因的携带情况具有一定的相关性,与志贺毒素基因携带没有相关性。
