氨基酸(AA)是生物体内最重要的分子之一,绝大多数AA具有对映异构体,不同的AA对映体往往表现出不同的生理特性,一种AA对映体可能对疾病治疗有益,而另一种对映体可能毫无用处甚至具有副作用。因此对AA对映体进行手性识别具有重要的研究意义。
