探讨光动力疗法(PDT)联合Er:YAG激光对大鼠口腔内变异链球菌的杀菌性及对牙体硬组织抗酸性的影响。方法:将28只大鼠动物模型随机分为7组进行处理,通过分光光度法测定OD值,反映各组变形链球菌的生长变化情况;经0.1 mmol/L乳酸液浸泡24 h后检测钙磷溶出量;采用数字显微硬度仪进行乳酸处理前后的硬度测试;扫描电镜下观察各组牙齿表面形态、清洁度及牙本质小管开口等情况。

陶瓷材料因具有良好的生物学及美学性能而被广泛运用于牙体组织的缺损修复,其粘接性能对修复体远期效果至关重要。Er:YAG激光具有对硬组织安全、高效的切割能力,可改变陶瓷表面的微观结构,但其对陶瓷材料粘接性能的影响目前尚无统一定论。本文从Er:YAG激光作用于陶瓷材料表面处理的机制、对陶瓷材料粘接性能的影响以及Er:YAG激光在去除陶瓷修复体时的优势进行综述。
