肝癌是世界范围内威胁人类健康的恶性肿瘤之一。临床上常见的治疗方式包括化疗与手术治疗等,然而化疗由于用药量大、药物靶向作用弱等缺点给患者带来了一系列严重副作用。因此,亟需设计并构筑一种具有良好的肝癌细胞靶向作用的多功能纳米药物载体,用于靶向递送抗癌药物并杀死肝癌细胞。
