为提高南瓜多糖的纯度，筛选适宜南瓜多糖纯化的大孔树脂，确定纯化工艺参数，选用9种大孔树脂材料，采用静态与动态吸附-解吸方法对南瓜多糖进行纯化，以吸附量与解吸率为考察指标对树脂进行选择与工艺研究。结果表明：D101-Ⅰ型大孔树脂更适宜作为南瓜多糖纯化的树脂；其纯化最佳工艺条件为：上柱液质量浓度4.79mg/mL，上柱液体积3.2BV，上柱流速3BV/h，洗脱液乙醇体积分数25%，洗脱速度4B...
