摘要 提取并分离纯化了Ⅱ型胶原，研究了Ｔｂ（Ⅲ）与Ⅱ型胶原的相互作用，结果表明Ⅱ型胶原对Ｔｂ（Ⅲ）有配位作用，并能极大地增强其荧光强度．用荧光滴定法和Ｓｃａｔｃｈａｒｄ作图法确定了Ⅱ型胶原与Ｔｂ（Ⅲ）的结合常数和结合部位数，结果表明Ⅱ型胶原与Ｔｂ（Ⅲ）有两类结合部位．其结合部位数和结合常数分别为０．７；３．１×１０５和１．３；１．０×１０５．
