多时间尺度下地表水面积（SWE）的动态变化对于理解水资源对气候变化和人类活动的响应具有重要意义。陆地资源卫星（Landsat）系列遥感影像具有观测年限长，时空分辨率高的特征，是构建长时间序列地表水面积的主要数据源。因此，如何提高从Landsat卫星影像提取水体的精度，以及如何插补影像因云和阴影遮挡产生的缺失水体是近年来的研究热点。
为了适应全球工业化的快速发展对各种矿产资源的需求，如何更为有效地从低品位矿石和工矿废弃物中提取有用金属受到多方面的高度重视。传统处理技术存在生产成本高、资源消耗量大，以及环境污染严重等许多实际问题，具体实践面临许多困难。生物浸矿是一种高效、环保、经济的资源处理方法，特别适合于贫矿、废矿、表外矿以及难采、难选、难冶等矿种的堆浸和就地浸出，与传统选矿方法相比较其优势明显，从而受到采矿业和环境保护领域的...
