目前粉碎机的型号很多,一般由锤片、转子、筛片、机壳、电机等组成。工作过程是由电机提供动力,转子、锤片旋转,锤片打击物料使之粉碎,合格的物料从筛片排出,完成整个粉碎过程。
现有粉碎机的运行状态及分析物料经锤片打击破碎后加速作圆周运动,离心力的作用使物料脱离锤片的打击,并很快在筛片侧形成物料环,粗细物料的质量不同造成物料环的分层,粗料粒层紧靠筛片侧,细料粒层覆在粗料粒层上。如果无法破坏物料的环流层,不但影响大颗粒物料重返粉碎区,而且还影响细物料的过筛,严重的还造成堵筛。目前解决的方法为减小锤筛间隙,片面利用锤片来破坏物料的环流层,从而造成物料重复粉碎,料温升高,能耗加...
目前,自走式青饲料收割机在农业生产中应用较少,但简易的牵引式收割机和粉碎机却较多。青饲机的切碎性能主要取决于切碎器。切碎器不外乎滚筒式、盘刀式和销钉式3种类型。盘刀式切碎器传动复杂,结构不紧凑,圆盘刚度较差,且挤推角变化不理想,造成切割不均,刀刃磨损不匀,切割质量变坏。销钉式切碎器性能受秸秆湿度影响很大,湿度提高时,能量比耗直线增加,生产率也急剧下降。因此盘刀式和销钉式切碎器应用渐少。
