2014年CNS—DSM专项科研基金招标工作从2014年3月下旬开始至7月10日结束，共收到来自22个省市地区的项目申请书83份，有效申请62份。2014年的资助方向为老年营养研究（不含产品开发性研究），收到的62份有效申请项目包含Meta分析18项；与维生素相关研究16项；与PM2.5及空气污染相关研究15项；与植物化合物或Omega-3脂肪酸相关研究13项。

通过增加量化电平,Delta-Sigma调制器(DSM)能够获得更好的调制性能.但限于开关功放的具体结构,多电平DSM序列无法直接驱动后级功放,本文根据面积等效原理提出了适用于开关功放的一种电平变换策略.理论分析和仿真结果表明,通过采用合适的电平变换方式,变换序列能够获得比常规2电平DSM序列更优的带内SNR性能.
