采用雷诺时均N-S方程、标准k-ε模型和SIMPLEC算法对液力缓速器内部流场进行了数值模拟,分析倾角为50°、55°、60°时液体流动的速度分布、压力分布和湍动能分布规律。以Rothalpy值的变化作为损失分析指标,定量比较不同倾角对制动力矩的影响,得出叶片倾角为55°时缓速能力最大,其原因是沿程摩擦阻力损失与冲击损失的叠加使得液力损失最大。
