综合利用Matlab/Simulink、Chemkin、电磁场有限元法对HCCI自由活塞式内燃发电机建立了仿真模型。分析了系统的运动特征，阐明了它与传统内燃机运动规律的差异。讨论了变负荷、燃空当量比下自由活塞式内燃机的变压缩比特性。仿真结果表明，自由活塞式内燃发电机能够根据外部参数调节压缩比，当工作在高压缩比下时，有利于提高燃烧效率、降低内燃机排放。

为确定符合内燃—直线发电集成动力系统（ICLG）工作要求的电控喷油器，在分析喷油器工作原理的基础上，建立了一套用于喷油器流量特性研究的测控系统。本文利用该系统对所选用的喷油器进行了流量特性测试，得到了其动态流量特性曲线，并通过误差分析和电流信号分析，最终确定了该喷油器的喷油量计算公式，为燃油量的精确控制提供了依据。
