武汉磁共振中心新引进的Bruker公司600 MHz液体核磁共振谱仪于5月底安装调试完毕，已投入试运行。在安装调试过程中，该谱仪的超导磁体一次升场成功，各项指标均达到合同指标。目前仪器性能状态良好，运行正常。
多维谱作为现代NMR技术的核心内容，有效减少了谱峰重叠，并可直观地揭示核自旋之间的化学键连接及空间距离等重要信息，被广泛应用于蛋白质结构的研究。然而由于NMR多维实验时间随维度的增加而急剧延长，因此当需要快速实验速度时，例如在LC-NMR、不稳定样品的NMR分析、及多样品高通量NMR实验中，NMR多维谱的应用受到严重限制。
