围绕山东省标准化和规模化畜牧养殖机械化作业,以及农牧废弃物无害化处理和资源化利用的需求,重点开展饲草(料)收获制备、粪污清理、圈舍环境控制、畜牧养殖粪便有机肥制备、病死尸体无害化处理等关键技术装备研究。重点方向:畜牧养殖技术装备;农牧废弃物资源化利用技术装备。
成果介绍:研制放牧牛自供电智能电子项圈,集成姿态感知、北斗定位、NB-IoT、能量收集等技术,研发基于机器学习的放牧行为识别模型,开展放牧牛全程行为监测,构建放牧牛全程行为数据库;集成放牧数据分布式管理、GIS、虚拟电子围栏、越界识别算法等,建立集WEB、手机APP于一体的智慧放牧管理系统,实现越界报警及多级组织管理。
该成果发明了一种清粪车,包括车架、侧挡板、主挡板,所述车架底部由两个主梁和若干横梁相互垂直焊接固定而成,所述车架底部设有至少四个万向轮,所述车架侧面的前端、后端、上端共设有至少四个固定轮。本发明清粪车车架牢固,可根据需要更换主挡板,可以直接来回拉动清粪车多次清除粪道粪便,清粪方便,降低养殖成本;使用该清粪车的半自动化猪舍清粪系统,可以随时让猪舍保持清洁的环境,降低有害气体和微生物,提高猪只的免疫力...
