本文采用骨髓细胞制片法，对分布在黑龙江省大兴安岭地区呼玛县的胎生蜥蜴(Lacerta vivipara)染色体组型进行了研究。结果表明，雄性胎生蜥蜴的二倍体染色体数是36，性染色体为ZZ型，2n=34+ZZ；雌性胎生蜥蜴的二倍体染色体数是35，性染色体为W型，2n=34+W，胎生蜥蜴的性别决定机制为ZZ/W型，其染色体全部为顶端着丝点染色体(除雌性的性染色体为中部着丝点染色体外)。

内生菌与其宿主药用植物在长期协同进化过程中形成了互惠共生关系。在介绍内生菌与药用植物有效成分积累的关系及内生菌对药用植物次生代谢产物影响机制的基础上，探讨了内生菌对药用植物生长、抗逆性、道地性的影响，提出了当前药用植物内生菌研究中存在的问题与对策。
通过开顶式气室控制大气CO2浓度（370、550及700 μmol/mol），施加不同量NH4NO3设置氮素梯度[0，4，8 g/(m2?a)]，研究了大气CO2浓度升高和氮素增加对三江平原湿地小叶章群落生物量及生物量分配的影响。结果表明，在不同氮素水平下，小叶章天然群落地上生物量随CO2浓度的增加而下降，地下生物量却随CO2浓度的增加表现为先增加而后下降；总生物量随CO2浓度的增加而下降；不同处...
