本试验利用超声波提取库拉索芦荟中蒽醌类物质,测定其含量,并对枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌进行抑菌性研究。用滤纸片法、固体稀释法及最小抑菌浓度法(MIC)分别检测芦荟蒽醌类物质对各种菌的抑菌性,并比较分析3种方法的抑菌效果。由固体稀释法测定芦荟蒽醌提取液的抑菌效果可知,蒽醌类物质百分浓度越高,菌落数越少,显示出越高的抑菌性。最小抑菌浓度法(MIC)测出,芦荟蒽醌提取液对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球...
