分析了南方电网的送入直流及相关重要500 kV线路N-2故障,提出了省、网间协调优化的原则和建议,制定了广东500 kV电网安全稳定控制方案:广东电网安稳控制系统仅通过广东罗洞主站接受南网罗洞主站发送的切负荷命令,与南方电网其余的通信断开备用,并采取快速切除元件、改变运行方式等措施,以实现了三道防线间的优化配合。该方案简洁有效,且易于运行。
