经济合作与发展组织（OECD）和德国欧洲研究中心（ZEW）近日在德国联邦教研部（BMBF）分别介绍了其最新调研报告：《2016科技与创新展望报告》和《创新调研报告》。两家机构的研究结果均显示，德国的整体创新力在继续增强，处于国际顶尖地位，德国近年在新产品和工艺改进方面投入巨大，然而创新活跃的企业数量却在下降。
