霉变板栗的近红外光谱和神经网络方法判别（Discrimination of Moldy Chinese Chestnut Based on Artificial Neural Network and Near Infrared Spectra）

利用近红外光谱检测了带壳板栗的品质。在波数为12000～4000cm-1范围内采用近红外漫反射法采集了合格板栗和霉变板栗的光谱，用6种光谱预处理方法分析数据，比较了板栗近红外光谱在不同预处理方法下所建模型的识别率。试验结果表明经矢量归一化预处理所建模型识别效果最好，对预测集中的合格板栗、表面霉变板栗、内部霉变板栗的预测正确率分别为94.74%、94.44%、92.31%。

运用db1～db10等10个小波基4尺度分解对120个赣州脐橙样品的近红外光谱进行消噪处理，分别建立了各种小波消噪光谱的脐橙维生素C(VC)含量的PLS模型。通过PLS模型预测精度比较表明：所有db小波基变换都能有效消除脐橙VC近红外光谱噪声，PLS模型预测精度均高于不处理光谱建立的模型预测精度。其中，消噪效果最好的小波基是db5，模型预测值与实测值的相关系数R达到0.9427、内部交叉验证均方差...
