本实验对非致病镰刀菌Fusarium oxysporum 菌株47号（简称, FO47）对番茄枯萎病的生物防治效果及机制进行了初步研究。通过对峙培养和培养板测试，结果表明FO47液体培养的过滤液能有效抑制番茄枯萎病菌孢子的萌发，抑制萌发率为81.7%，同时可以使萌发延伸的菌丝发生畸形；室内盆栽试验表明在番茄播种至子叶期施用浓度为105~108cfu/ml的FO47可最有效地防治番茄枯萎病，防效达4...
